對(duì)空測(cè)試模塊：通過(guò)開(kāi)放式結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)完成空氣狀況下的測(cè)試，測(cè)試完后產(chǎn)品跟著socket一起轉(zhuǎn)至下一站，采用產(chǎn)品和socket一起運(yùn)動(dòng)方式，有效提升了光感檢測(cè)的精確度與工作效率。
灰卡測(cè)試模塊：通過(guò)布置灰卡來(lái)完成擋光情況下的測(cè)試?？膳浜先藱C(jī)界面，實(shí)現(xiàn)灰卡高度的自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，以適應(yīng)多樣化的測(cè)試需求，保障光感檢測(cè)的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)質(zhì)量。
光源測(cè)試模塊：采用安裝光筒的方法，在光源環(huán)境下進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品測(cè)試，可通過(guò)設(shè)備調(diào)節(jié)光強(qiáng)，確保IC檢測(cè)的精確度，并顯著降低能耗。
每個(gè)模塊都可以通過(guò)加裝對(duì)應(yīng)零件進(jìn)行切換，實(shí)現(xiàn)自由組合，以滿足多樣化的測(cè)試環(huán)境要求。
Supports up to 9 stations with three distinct testing modes:
Air Test Module: Completes testing under air conditions using an open structure. After testing, the product moves to the next station along with the socket, employing a synchronized motion of the product and socket to effectively enhance the precision and work efficiency of optical sensing detection.
Gray Card Test Module: Accomplishes testing under light-blocking conditions by arranging gray cards. It can be equipped with a human-machine interface to automatically adjust the height of the gray cards, adapting to diverse testing requirements and ensuring high-standard quality in optical sensing detection.
Light Source Test Module: Conducts product testing in a light source environment by installing a light tube. The brightness can be adjusted through the device, ensuring the accuracy of IC detection and significantly reducing power consumption.
Each module can be switched and freely combined by adding corresponding parts, meeting the demands of various testing environments.

分體布置，定位更準(zhǔn)
旋轉(zhuǎn)定位分體式布置，定位精度更準(zhǔn)，可達(dá)±0.01mm，有效保證測(cè)試站的產(chǎn)品位置精度。
Precision rotary positioning with a modular layout, offering accuracy up to ±0.01mm, effectively ensures product positional accuracy at the testing station.
精準(zhǔn)定位，高速打印
鐳射站配備小盤(pán)面，實(shí)現(xiàn)快速精準(zhǔn)定位，打印精度高，偏差極小。產(chǎn)品定位和方向轉(zhuǎn)換精確至0.005毫米，角度精度高達(dá)0.1度。
The laser station adopts a small disc surface, which is fast, accurate in positioning, and has small printing deviation. Accurate positioning and reversing of the product, with a positioning error of 0.005mm and a directional accuracy of 0.1 degrees;
新款結(jié)構(gòu)，穩(wěn)簡(jiǎn)高效
封裝站采用新款導(dǎo)軌式結(jié)構(gòu)，使用更簡(jiǎn)單、高效、穩(wěn)定，故障率更低，可選配封合后影像檢測(cè)功能。
The packaging station adopts a new rail type structure, which is simpler, more efficient, stable, and has a lower failure rate. It can also be equipped with post sealing image detection function.
